i love Damascus.. (well, love is a strong word) maybe like is better :)
used to hate it very much but went there in 2008 and had a very nice time..
people are nicer, living is cheaper, and the city is cleaner than amman. not to mention the soul and wonderful history it has (4000 years of history!). now we can add the contemporary art and culture to celebrate the old treasures like Gilgamesh.
oh yes, and like Baba said (he cares a lot about amman's food if you noticed) but Sham's food and restaurants are so delicious. YAMMAAA ma azkaa!
